Kalavaasi Cancellation Policy

At Kalavaasi, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience while allowing us to process orders efficiently.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • After shipment, if you no longer want the product, you may request a return or exchange only if it meets the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Reason for Cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • The full order amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation by Kalavaasi

In rare situations, Kalavaasi reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product out of stock.

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Payment verification failure.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Unforeseen operational or logistics issues.

If Kalavaasi cancels your order, you will receive a full refund for any amount paid.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been shipped.

  • Delivered orders.

  • Customized or personalized products after production has started.

  • Orders placed during special promotional campaigns, where cancellation restrictions are specifically mentioned.
