Shipping and Delivery Policy – Kalavaasi

At Kalavaasi, we strive to deliver your order safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases across India.

  1. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our trusted courier partners. International shipping will be introduced soon.
  1. Order Processing Time
  •  All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
  •  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  •  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.
  1. Delivery Time
  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
  •  Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  •  Other Locations: 5–8 business days
  •   Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, festivals, strikes, etc.).
  1. Shipping Charges
  •  Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  •  A nominal shipping fee of ₹70–₹100 applies on orders below ₹999.
  •  COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a small service fee, depending on the courier partner.
  1. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your shipment from the “My Orders” section of your Kalavaasi account.
  1. Delivery Attempt
  • Our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us.
  1. Undelivered or Lost Packages
  • If your order is not delivered within the estimated time or is marked as lost by the courier, please contact us at [kalavaasi@gmail.com](mailto:kalavaasi@gmail.com). We will initiate an investigation and issue a replacement or full refund once confirmed.
