Welcome to the Kalavaasi Affiliate Program — a community-driven opportunity to earn commissions while promoting our Indian-origin streetwear brand. Our program is designed to reward partners who share our vision, values, and love for authentic Indian street culture.

  1. What Is the Kalavaasi Affiliate Program?

 

The Kalavaasi Affiliate Program allows individuals, influencers, and content creators to earn commissions by promoting Kalavaasi products through their platforms, social media, or blogs.

When someone makes a purchase using your unique referral link or code, you earn a commission on that sale.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

 

To join our affiliate program, you must:

 Be 18 years or older

 Own an active website, social media account, or community page

 Promote content that aligns with Kalavaasi’s brand values

 Not engage in misleading, spam, or inappropriate promotional methods

All applications are subject to review and approval by the Kalavaasi team.

  2. Apply: Fill out the affiliate registration form on our website.
  3. Get Approved: Once approved, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link and promo code.
  4. Promote: Share your link on your platforms (Instagram, YouTube, blog, etc.).
  5. Earn: Receive a commission on every successful purchase made through your link.
  6. Commission Structure

 Commission rate: 5%–15% per sale (based on category and performance).

 Payouts are processed monthly, once the return period for orders has passed.

 A minimum payout threshold of ₹1,000 applies before withdrawal.

  1. Payment Process

Affiliate payments are made via bank transfer or UPI, within 10–15 business days after verification. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

  1. Promotion Rules

Affiliates are expected to:

 Promote Kalavaasi ethically and authentically

 Avoid using paid ads, fake accounts, or misleading promotions

 Use only approved banners, images, and logos from Kalavaasi

 Not make false claims about products or discounts

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the program

  1. Termination

Kalavaasi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for misuse, inactivity, or non-compliance with program terms.

This policy may be updated periodically. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes via email or dashboard notifications.
