4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

•  COD is available for selected locations only.
•  Orders placed via COD will be verified through a confirmation call or message.
•  Repeated COD order cancellations may result in account restrictions.

5. Payment Failure

• If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please:
•  Wait for 24–48 hours as banks usually auto-reverse the payment.

6. Refunds to Original Payment Mode

• Approved refunds (due to cancellations, returns, or product issues) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

• Kalavaasi reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if suspicious activity or payment fraud is detected.
• We may contact you for additional verification before confirming the order.

8. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• Shipping and COD charges, if any, are calculated at checkout before payment confirmation.
