At Kalavaasi, your satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is checked and packed with care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to make the process smooth and fair.
You can initiate a return if:
* The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
* The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
* The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
* Worn or washed clothing
* Discounted or clearance sale items
* Customized or personalized products
To initiate a return:
* Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.
* If your payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will issue a bank transfer or store credit as applicable.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or design, please mention your preference when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
