At Kalavaasi, we strive to deliver your order safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases across India.
- Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our trusted courier partners. International shipping will be introduced soon.
- Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.
- Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, festivals, strikes, etc.).
- Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹70–₹100 applies on orders below ₹999.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a small service fee, depending on the courier partner.
- Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your shipment from the “My Orders” section of your Kalavaasi account.
- Delivery Attempt
- Our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us.
- Undelivered or Lost Packages
- If your order is not delivered within the estimated time or is marked as lost by the courier, please contact us at [kalavaasi@gmail.com](mailto:kalavaasi@gmail.com). We will initiate an investigation and issue a replacement or full refund once confirmed.
